Form & Function:

We took an already functional and popular tool kit and made it even better. We found the translucent rip-stop pockets better for holding sockets than the old elstic band method of construction. Then we built in two wider slots that work great for pliers or wire cutters. The top flap got another rip-stop pocket. The largest zippered pocket inside is perfect for holding bailing wire, spark plugs, screwdrivers, jet kits and other service essentials. To close the unit, simply roll it like a burrito, fasten the G-hook onto one of the external loops, and pull the nylon strap tight. MOLLE system on the exterior provides options for storage and expansion.

Introducing the latest in our line of EXFIL® motorcycle gear. The new EXFIL-18’s visual similarity to our decade old EXFIL-7 design is no accident. This new set of saddlebags handles business with the same smart design and rugged construction as every bag in our moto luggage arsenal. Form & Function:

EXFIL-18 saddlebags are just the right size for daily use. UV-treated to last thousands of hours in the harsh sun and built with mil-spec quality materials. Of course they come with waterproof covers and the bright orange interior that makes finding your stuff easier. These bags are universal-fit, but keep in mind you’ll need to add some generic saddlebag mounts for your particular bike to keep the bags away from your rear wheel. The compact size (34cm wide by 22cm tall x 19 deep) fits on most bikes without relocating the turn signals, but make sure to measure your motorcycle first! Installation note: Motorcycle exhaust is super hot! If your exhaust exits directly into or under these bags, even though the bottoms are reinforced with heat-resistant material, there is a chance it can scorch the bag or melt the contents inside. Rain covers melt or catch fire easier than the ballistic nylon due to the rubber coating that makes them waterproof, so please keep that in mind. Also, if you install the bags empty, check them again after you’ve loaded them with gear. You may need to adjust the yoke or other parts of your mounting procedure to keep the bags away from exhaust heat. It’s a good idea to check all luggage every time you stop, just to make sure things haven’t shifted while you were riding.

Form & Function:

Three super-powerful magnets are mounted inside the bottom of this bag. These magnets securely attach the EXFIL-2 mini tank bag to your steel tank in an instant, no straps required. Of course, friction between the bag and your gas tank is unavoidable—light scuffing to the paint can and will occur, so keep the tank and bag clean and free from debris.

We designed our smallest EXFIL® bag to fit on motorcycles with tall risers or T-bars, but its MOLLE mounting system lets you attach this bag practically anywhere using the six Velcro straps included with each unit.

Install Tips:

Our EXFIL-3 is the glove box and center console few motorcycles have, but the one every bike needs. Highly weather- and water-resistant to protect your gear from exposure, but not 100% watertight. Lots of MOLLE attachment points for carabiners, Velcro straps and expansion with similar equipment. Heavily padded interior features two removable panels, both with storage pockets and pouches to keep keys, documents and other essentials tight and tidy.

We invested many hours of R&D on this EXFIL® unit; we wanted our first backpack to be the last one you ever need. One main and two secondary compartments hold 48 350ml / 12-ounce beverage cans—that's two cases of cold beer to get the party started if that's your mission. The lower secondary zipper compartment has a PVC-treated tool caddy and an internal zipper pouch to hold wrenches and small gear securely. The top secondary compartment houses an internal zipper pouch, and all three compartments have hi-vis orange nylon lining to make spotting contents easy. The padded shoulder straps feature an adjustable sternum strap to stabilize heavy loads. The EXFIL-60 is a comfortable size for all bikes, smaller trips or riders who like to pack a little lighter. The tarpaulin flap on the front features seven rows of MOLLE and a rip-stop pocket on the inside. This flap is adjustable without disturbing the attachment points on the bag, so it’s perfect for stashing an outer layer, bed roll etc.

Maybe the most versatile bag in our line of EXFIL® gear. 100% waterproof/dustproof and just the right size, the EXFIL-65 is built for any adventure. It works mounted vertically on a sissy bar, or laid down on or across a luggage rack. The EXFIL-65 is just the right size to swallow up camping gear or clothing and keep it completely protected from the elements. We don't really think you should put 65 beers in it, but that's how we measure the interior volume instead of litres. Install Tips:

Like all our luggage designs, you can mount EXFIL-7 anywhere. On our personal bikes we've mounted over-stuffed EXFIL-7's on the down tube, over the headlight on tall risers, and on both sides of the sissy bar. A pair of EXFIL-7's will hang perfectly on H-D fender struts to create a set of mini saddle bags. EXFIL-7's MOLLE system and reinforced PVC straps make all these options possible.
