Thruster uses the same padded diamond surface as our Torker grip, but features a tall inside flange and thick molded end cap for a retro MX look and feel.

Features:

• Comes as a pair
• Injection-molded Thermoplastic Vulcanizate synthetic rubber is soft, durable and highly UV-resistant
• Thick one-piece molded end design for durability
• Tall inner flange protects your hands from discomfort against throttle and hand controls
• Safety wire grooves for added security
• Aftermarket throttle tube required to install Biltwell grips on stock H-D hand controls—see our Whiskey Throttle

Install Tips:

Counterintuitive though it might seem, aerosol WD-40 spray lubricant is our chemical of choice for installing Biltwell molded TPV grips. "But it's oil!" you say. Yes, but WD-40's combination of aerosol propellant and organic-based lubricant is perfect for sliding tight grips onto clean metal tubes. A quick 1 or 2-second blast into the open end of the grip is all it takes. Once installed, WD-40's chemical compound melts the grip interior just enough to make it stick to the bar like glue, without the mess. IMPORTANT: Wait 24 hours after installation before riding to give grips time to set up on the bars. Immediately after installation you can add safety wire wraps to both ends of the grips; this old motocross trick works great to reduce grip slip on the bars and throttle tube.

Ultra lightweight EBC X series floating front rotors for sportbikes and road racers. Also available in an XC version, featuring a contoured profile rotor blades for weight reduction.

The steel used in the EBC rotor blades is also a special stainless blend with higher friction effect than normal heat treated stainless steel found on stock discs and boasts up to 10% improvement in friction effect improving brakes even further.

Weight of the X and XC series is then reduced by another 5-10% by using a 6 only button drive system on a lightweight alloy centre hub, which once again grabs the lead over stock parts.

This cannot be switched to the lighter 6 button system on alloy hubs because they are still stuck in a rut using circular rivets. Circular rivets demand more contact points to get the same geometric centralisation and still avoid generating slack in the drive direction because, being circles inside circles they only offer point contact. The SD system employs LINE contact and as such rotor blades are much more positively retained about the centre hub and never go slack in the drive direction even after abuse.

The rotors feature EBC's unique and patented S-Drive button system which features square sided rivets captured in square drive pockets on the rotor and hub which allow the outer rotor blade to expand and contract freely under the heat of braking without suffering rivet lock.

Rivet lock is the term used when rotors heat up under heavy braking and the rotor blade contacts the (normally circular) rivets that separate the inner rotor hub and the outer rotor blade. The EBC system completely eliminates this problem area which causes 100% of the failures of rotors suffering from distortion and brake vibration.

GPFAX Sintered Road Race Brake Pads by EBC. This is a blend of brake pad that has higher friction and far better grip than any other brake product on the market. GPFAX Sintered Road Race Brake Pads have by far the highest known friction with a measurement between 0.6 and 0.7 and deliver the most amazing brake effect. Because of this factor, they are unsuitable for street use or for road tyres. Zero brake fade is guaranteed and the heat stability of these brake pads is perfect leaving the racer with high confidence and a product that can be used over numerous races. GPFAX Sintered Road Race brake pads are a closed circuit use pad only and street/highway riding with this material is highly inadvisable and dangerous. Such high friction levels as delivered by these pads are for ideal track conditions with race tyres or slicks on prepared asphalt surfaces and NOT for use with highway tires or on the highway. This material is not ECE R 90 approved nor TUV tested with a German ABE and use on the highway is therefore illegal in many countries.

Features:

• Highest performance friction level known
• Not R90 street legal or TÜV tested
• Guaranteed for lifetime performance
• Expertly crafted from the highest grade materials
• Will deliver years of reliable service
• Made to withstand the harshest conditions

7/8" O.D, Smooth for custom applications - these have no slots, dimples or castellated ends.

Refer to diagram for dimensions.

The top-selling handlebar in our range, and for good reason. Our Tracker bars come in two O.D.'s and three heights, and look great in any stock or aftermarket riser you can imagine. 4130 chromoly construction, chrome or black electroplated finish for looks and durability.

Features:

• Seamless 0.120" (3mm) wall 4130 chromoly construction
• Precision mandrel-bent tubing for comfortable, precise ergonomics
• Black electroplate and mirror chrome-plated finishes available
• Two sizes available: 7/8" and 1" O.D.
• 7/8" O.D. with a 16.2mm I.D. model available in smooth for aftermarket levers
• Technischer Überwachungsverein (Technical Inspection Association, or TüV) in Germany is an independent laboratory that tests the fatigue strength, manufacturing quality, and fitment for a wide range of consumer products, with special emphasis on automotive and motorcycle components and accessories. Biltwell handlebars and risers that have received TüV verification are among the strongest and most thoroughly well-tested motorcycle parts in the world.

Form & Function:

With a backsweep less severe than most stock handlebars, any Tracker in our range is a great replacement for riders who want to ditch the wheelbarrow feel of OE bars. When people ask for our advice on which Tracker to mate with any given Murdock riser, we recommend building a combo that puts your hands slightly below or even with the height of your shoulders when you're sitting comfortably on your motorcycle. Hands higher than shoulder height is popular, but it's a position better suited for experienced riders. If the cables and control wires on your bike prohibit going too tall or wide with your bars, combine our low or mid Tracker with some Slimline or Thunder risers for a clean, race-inspired, comfortable cockpit.

Our Kung Fu grip's squishy surface design is cozy the second you grab it. New UV-resistant TPV synthetic rubber is soft, yet durable for miles of comfort.

Features:

• Comes as a pair
• Injection-molded Thermoplastic Vulcanizate synthetic rubber is soft, durable and highly UV-resistant
• Medium inside flange cushions rider's hands from rubbing the throttle and controls
• Thick outer flange for durability
