MTB

The P ZERO™ Race TLR is the most performing tyre in our portfolio as well as the first tyre with a tubeless technology entirely made in Italy. The SPEEDCORE technology in the 120 TPI casing uses a layer of compound mixed with aramid covering the inner layer of the tyre, improving both smoothness and resistance: a less stiff but faster tyre. The compound maintains the same advanced SmartEVO technology shared with the other high-performance tyres in the P ZERO™ range. Classic edition with a tan sidewall.

What's the secret to our tyres? Let's take a look at some of the motorsport-derived technologies applied to our cycling tyres

SMARTEVO COMPOUND

The most advanced racing chemical formulation for road use, born from the Motorsport experience of Pirelli and the collaboration with the factory World Tour teams. The SmartEVO Compound features a single-compound formulation based on three different polymers, each providing opposite performances in a perfect blend. The advanced mixture of polymers with 'smart' behaviour is the key element of the SmartEVO Compound, providing better grip and rolling resistance in any weather condition. A high-performance formulation developed for modern road cycling, from everyday training to World Tour racing, and an exclusive feature of the P ZERO™ range.

SPEEDCORE CASING

The highest-performing tubeless-ready road casing in our range, with a unique design that adds an aramid band within the tyre’s rubber layer. This structure adds strength and support to the casing but retains a supple feel for minimal rolling resistance and maximum grip, compared with a full bead-to-bead aramid construction. A 120 TPI nylon casing adds puncture protection and security. SPEEDCORE is patent-pending, exclusive to the P ZERO™ Race tubeless models and the choice of the World Tour factory teams.

P ZERO™ Race TLR Classic Size 28-622 (700x28) / Weight 315gm / TPI 120 / Casing SpeedCORE / Compound SmartEVO

Cinturato™ EVO TLR is the latest evolution of our endurance model, designed to excel in all weather and road conditions. It features the SmartEVO AS compound, an innovative rubber formulation that blends grip, smoothness and durability with over 50% bio-based and recycled materials, including FSC™-certified natural rubber. This cutting-edge compound ensures exceptional grip across all seasons and a multitude of surfaces while minimising vibration and enhancing comfort and handling. Its tubeless-ready construction with multiple layers of puncture protection lets you take on any road with confidence.

What's the secret to our tyres? Let's take a look at some of the motorsport-derived technologies applied to our cycling tyres

SMARTNET SILICA COMPOUND

Pirelli SmartNET™ Silica technology delivers high rolling efficiency thanks to its natural anisotropic orientation, which reduces heating while increasing elasticity to help minimise energy dissipation. The wide surface of the silica rod molecules enhances natural water affinity, delivering confident handling in the wet. Its microscopic rod-shaped particles are arranged systematically rather than chaotically, creating a strong, long-lasting tyre with puncture resistance and extensive mileage.

TECHWALL+ CASING

The TechWALL+ Road casing, based on a 60 TPI fabric, delivers superior suppleness together with great air retention and easy fitting. Its reinforcement layers make it a highly reliable and durable structure without compromising rolling efficiency: superior puncture protection and high mileage, our best all-rounder casing for tyres designed to go further.

Cinturato™ Road Size 26-622 (700x26) / Weight 310gm / TPI 60 / Casing TechWALL+ / Compound SmartNET Silica

Cinturato™ Gravel RC is the gravel-racing specific tyre, derived from our experience in the biggest competitions around the world and the feedback of our PRO athletes. The tread design is inspired by the Scorpion™ XC RC and focused on two key features: higher average speed on straight, fast lines and improved lateral grip when cornering off-road. Compatible with hookless rims up to the ETRTO limit of 5 bar / 73 psi. Now succeeded by the Cinturato™ Gravel RM in the current range.

What's the secret to our tyres? Let's take a look at some of the motorsport-derived technologies applied to our cycling tyres

SPEEDGRIP COMPOUND

The SpeedGRIP Compound is a gravel-specific rubber formulation born from the Pirelli experience in the World Rally Championship, where speed and grip on and off-road are crucial. It relies on the polymer matrix of the MTB-specific SmartGRIP Compound while lowering its rolling resistance. Our engineers tuned it towards better energy efficiency with a small compromise on grip: the result is a predictable compound with solid performance on and off road, in both dry and wet conditions.

TECHWALL GRAVEL CASING

The TechWALL Gravel casing is built around a robust multi-layer overlapping fabric, reinforced with bead-to-bead protection. On the road most punctures come from sharp objects penetrating the tread, while off-road they come from sidewall cuts, so the casing protects the whole perimeter of the tyre while keeping a supple riding feel. It delivers an ideal balance of puncture resistance, durability and comfort for a wide range of gravel conditions.

Cinturato™ Gravel RC Size 35-622 (700x35) / Weight 510gm / TPI 60 / Casing TechWALL Gravel / Compound SpeedGRIP

Cinturato™ Gravel RC Classic Size 45-622 (700x45) / Weight 590gm / TPI 60 / Casing TechWALL Gravel / Compound SpeedGRIP

The Cinturato™ Gravel M is the gravel tyre built for mixed terrain, from compact to loose surfaces and everything in between. Medium-height, medium-spaced knobs deliver excellent performance across a wide variety of surfaces, while a compact central strip keeps it rolling efficiently on hardpack. Puncture protection is high, grip is reliable in all weather, wet or dry, and it is compatible with hookless rims up to the ETRTO limit of 5 bar / 73 psi.

Available in two lines: the Italian-made High Performance Line (HP-Line) with the SmartEVO GR compound on a 120 TPI ProWALL Gravel casing, and the Performance Line (P-Line) with the proven SpeedGRIP compound on a 60 TPI TechWALL Gravel casing. Earlier TechWALL sizes remain available while stocks last.

SMARTEVO² COMPOUND

SmartEVO² represents the latest advancement in our high-performance racing bicycle tyre compound, enhanced by incorporating our Motorsport expertise at the highest level and the needs of modern World Tour racing. It evolves from the SmartEVO blend of three polymers with 'smart' characteristics, using new materials and innovative mixing processes now possible at our own manufacturing plant in Italy, close to our global R&D headquarters. The result is improved overall grip, especially on wet surfaces, and rolling resistance reduced to a record level for its category.
