The K-3 SV was developed from the experience AGV gained during the design process of the Pista GP and Corsa helmets. Thanks to the use of Finite Element Analysis (FEM), the technical department developed a benchmark product in terms of comfort, aerodynamics and safety. This helmet has a wide appeal and is suitable for young riders with a passion for racing as well as for more mature riders looking for comfort and high performance characteristics.

Thanks to CFD Analysis (Computational fluid dynamics), the special ventilation system provides maximum airflow to the head through two front and side vents, one central vent and two extractors at the back of the helmet.

The sanitized Dry-Comfort internal components can be removed for washing. The mechanism for opening and closing the visor has three customisable settings according to helmet use (Touring, Race and City) and features the XQRS system for quick removal.

The K-3 SV has been designed to accept the new genreation bluetooth communication systems.

Features:

• 2 sizes of HIR-TH shell (High Resistance Thermoplastic Resin)
• Inner shell in EPS in 4 sizes; shell and EPS dimensions optimised using the FEM (Finite Elements Analysis) system
• Homologation: ECE 2205, DOT, JIS, NBR, AS/NZS
• Ventilation system designed and optimised in a wind tunnel, comprising 4 front vents (3 at the front and one on the chin guard) and 2 rear extractors
• XQRS (X-tra Quick Release System) visor mechanism for tool-free removal and replacement of the visor in seconds
• Visor mechanism with PVS system (Perimetrical Visor Seal) for improved seal and protection against draughts and noise thanks to the seat for the visor edge
• GT 2 scratch-resistant, anti-fog polycarbonate visor with 100% protection from UV rays
• Integrated removable Sun Visor (ISV) with scratch-resistant visor with tool-free replacement system
• Removable breath deflector
• Removable windproof chin strap protection
• Fully removable and washable 3D inner liners
• Sanitised Dry-Comfort fabrics
• Micrometrically adjustable strap retention system
• Anti-theft ring on strap

The AGV Extreme Safety construction protocol means that the new K3 exceeds the requirements of the most recent international standards. K3 has in fact passed by a wide margin the tests required by the ECE22.06 homologation, making it even safer.

ECE22.06 Approved

An AGV icon, evolving towards perfection. K3 is AGV's full-face road helmet that takes all the characteristics of a versatile, safe helmet to outstanding levels.

It offers safety for all, at the highest levels - the shell made of high-resistance thermoplastic material, the multi-density EPS and the details such as the collarbone-protection profile and the protective visor allow K3 to obtain the strict ECE22.06 homologation. Due to the AGV Extreme Safety construction protocol, K3 meets the requirements of the most recent international standards and then some.

Its strength lies in its versatility. K3 is designed to put in its best performance in all situations. The built-in sun visor, which can be operated conveniently with gloves on, assists when it?s too bright, and doesn?t block the front ventilation when it's in the rest position. The Pinlock Max Vision antifog system guarantees maximum visibility even on the wettest and coldest days, when the temperature difference between the environment and the inside of the helmet could cause the visor to fog up dangerously. Not with K3. The Ultravision visor also guarantees a 190° horizontal field of vision, so you can see obstacles, the road and everything in front of you earlier and better.

K3 is prepared for the installation of communication systems. The Eyewear Ready interior design allows you to comfortably wear your eyeglasses or sunglasses while riding.

Comfort boosts performance. The aerodynamic profile of the K3 is designed to achieve a dynamic weight of zero at a cruising speed of 130 km/h. It means lower weight and less strain on the neck muscles, for maximum concentration on riding. The interiors, made of 2DRY material with rapid absorption of sweat and moisture, can be customized, to personalize the fit to the full and maximize how comfortable it feels. The ventilation achieves maximum efficiency through the air vents at the front and on the chin, precise and easy to operate with gloves on.

The practical micrometric steel closing system permits quick, safe adjustment of the helmet fastening.

The AGV Extreme Safety construction protocol means that the new K3 exceeds the requirements of the most recent international standards. K3 has in fact passed by a wide margin the tests required by the ECE22.06 homologation, making it even safer.

The premium carbon-aramid fiber shell and five EPS densities offer the same protection that professional MotoGP™ riders are guaranteed. Due to the stringent AGV Extreme Safety design protocol, K6 S passes all the tests required by the strict ECE22.06 standard by a large margin, making the helmet safer than the levels required by the latest road homologations.
All this plus lightness like none other.

Every detail is designed to protect

Every detail of K6 S is designed to guarantee the safety of its wearer. The visor mechanisms are incredibly small, to maximize EPS on the surface and maximize the area covered by the shell. The profile of the helmet is designed to minimize the chances of impact with the collarbone.
An AGV invention, now a racing world standard.

Ultravision: see more, under any circumstance

Exclusive AGV Ultravision guarantees 190° horizontal field of vision which means seeing the road, the corners, and the obstacles better, and ahead of time. The Optical Class 1 visor features the 100% Max Vision Pinlock 120 anti-fog system and is up to 4.3 mm thick. The Micro-Lock system allows the visor to be opened for air flow while keeping the visor securely fastened to the chinguard. High level characteristics that are designed to instill the confidence needed to win a world championship and that are now available on a helmet for any use.

Put it on, you barely feel it

Just 1255 grams. The premium materials used for the shell and the innovative technological solutions reduce the weight of the K6 S to a minimum, making it one of the lightest road helmets in the world. The lightest of all in its category. This lightness makes riding comfortable and reduces fatigue so that you can tackle even the longest trips without getting distracted.

The only thing you'll feel on your head is total comfort.

The quality of the interior really makes the difference

The interior of the K6 S is made of select materials developed by AGV to meet the needs of MotoGP™ riders who take on the most extreme conditions on track. The external liner is made of wear-proof, waterproof fabric that keeps water out even during the heaviest rainfall. The interior liner is made of a breathable fabric that absorbs sweat in record time, leaving your face dry at all times.

Perfect ventilation no matter what road you take

Five large air vents are positioned where the greatest air flow is so that you can personalize ventilation and get the most under any conditions. The central air vent is located at the point of maximum air pressure to ventilate inside the upper part of the helmet. The ergonomic shape of the adjusters is optimized for use while wearing gloves. The visor comes with the AGV Micro-Lock system which offers another air entry point without affecting the protective capacity at all.

Cuts through the air without moving: aerodynamics you can feel

Aerodynamics do not just help with lap times. Due to the exclusive design of its shell and its rear spoiler, K6 S splits the air and remains very stable even at high speeds. This is an advantage in terms of performance and comfort, both for sports riding on hairpin turns and during long trips on highways.
The K6 S design guarantees minimum aerodynamic resistance, making the most of the lift to obtain zero Z-lift at cruising speed. It means that at a speed of 130 km/h the helmet has a dynamic weight of zero.

You'll feel the difference, in any situation.

Always the right position for maximum performance

The K6 S is designed for optimal performance no matter the riding position, whether comfortable for cruising and sport touring, strenuous for traffic-filled city streets, or sporty, tucked inside the fairing. Its aerodynamic performance is exceptional regardless of what you're used to in order to meet every rider's need in any situation.

So balanced, it is even lighter

As if holding the record for lightness in the category weren't enough, the K6 S is designed to be highly balanced and have a neutral dynamic weight. The optimal load distribution means the bulk of the helmet is not felt on the head. It's like having all the advantages of a helmet without the fatigue of wearing one.

The new AGV K6 S, The comfort you need, the performance you've always wanted.
