This is a high specification jean: It’s double layered. Made from MaxTex – a lightweight high denier synthetic material that offers great protection and is comfortable to wear. A new addition to our newest Adventure jean is the new innovative and removeable X-Liner – a singular lightweight lining which features the quilted thermal liner and the SinAqua waterproof membrane combined together. This along with the superior levels of ventilation in the form of the fixed comfort mesh lining and multiple leg vents ensure superb levels of air flow in and out of the jean, keeping you cool as you ride.

The TracTech Evo 5 leather pant is part of the two piece version of the TracTech Evo One Piece Suit. This is a 5 pocket western style jean and has traditional features such as a coin pocket, front fly opening, contrast stitch detailing and a whiskers design detail to the front leg across the forks. Additionally, the tapered leg offers a contoured fit.

What sets this jean apart is it’s construction; denim and DuPont™ Kevlar® are pre woven together to create a single layer denim with high protective capabilities that remains lightweight and soft, just like a regular jean.

CE rated to Level AA, additional protection is also offered by the CE Level 1 knee and hip armour.

On the inside of the jean sits the new RST Infinite Adjustment Armour System. Developed to improve fit of the knee armour for different leg shapes and sizes, the CE Level 1 armour sits in a cotton pouch which can be securely fixed into the full length knee armour pocket with hook & loop fasteners. This means the knee armour sits exactly where it is needed – on the knee, aiding comfort levels and most importantly, improving the protective capabilities of the armour.
